The S&HK department has developed a Community Schools consortium to support Fresno County districts. Through the department and consortium, we can utilize our existing resources to engage in the planning grant process as well as the implementation grant. Currently we serve eight schools in three districts through the CCSPP Implementation Grant and have plans to add an additional district and 11 schools. Department has fiscal and reporting oversight to support these districts.
