Wellness and Nutrition

We empower students to lead healthier-wholesome lives one day at a time.

We are committed to teaching, encouraging, and supporting a school environment that enhances learning and development of lifetime wellness practices – making the connection between healthy nutritional choices and daily physical activity before, during, and after the school day.

Our role:
  • To support the school in developing a healthier school climate.
  • Assist with policy development that support a healthy school environment.
  • Advocate for school wellness programs and policies within the broader school community.
  • Plan, implement and support youth-led nutrition advisory councils.
  • Make connections that engage families in developing a health, active lifestyle.

Our efforts inspire and encourage youth to be the generation of health and wellness now and for the future.
